My experience at Alliance Orthopedic has been amazing. My PT team -Cheyenne and Courtney- are the absolute best!! They helped me get pain free and stronger in my ankle after tendon surgery in a matter of four months. They listen to any concerns I had and put together a training plan that helped me get back to normal and even stronger. I would recommend Alliance every time!
If I could give 10 stars I would, the EB front desk team are so friendly and so hopefully! Everyone there is genuinely so great. Special shout out to Nico for always having a smile on his face and having such a positive attitude. He’s always on his game with helping me with my appointments and I’m so grateful to have him at Alliance! Shout out to the best team!
I had an excellent experience with the front desk staff at Alliance Orthopedics. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, & incredibly helpful. Good doctors in my opinion. Everyone is especially kind. Kayla and Alija are super knowledgeable and answered almost every question I had. The office is big but not overwhelming. The front desk was extremely inviting and the tablet is very easy to use. I’ve gone to other doctor’s offices and some receptionists do not even greet you when you come in, but the front desk folk at Alliance definitely are different and make sure your visit is smooth from beginning to end. Will be back again if need be.
I’ve been in and out of physical therapy and orthopedic doctors for the better part of the last 8 years. Nothing compares to Alliance. The front desk, in particular, is incredible. Nico, Gab, Jonnita, Alijah and co. are the best. From the moment you walk in you feel seen, heard, and most importantly, taken care of. Love this place! Highly recommend!
