My grandmother went to Alliance Orthopedics for her mobility issues and said that although the orthopedic services were top-notch, what really stood out to her was the front desk staff. Wow!! If I could give Alliance Orthopedics more stars, I would. I have been to several PT centers over the years, but Alliance has been the best experience by far. Attentive to my needs physically and always patients with my questions and concerns. I would be remiss if I did not mention the font desk. They are all fantastic! A special shout out to Gabby, who always greets me with a smile and a welcoming attitude. Keep up the great work!
Nico & the crew at the front desk are always amazing. Whether it’s Nico, Gabby, or any other staff member, I am greeted in a friendly manner every time I arrive and immediately feel welcomed. They always make the check in process beyond seamless and I think they are the best staff I’ve ever encountered in this line of work. If I could get them 6 stars, I would!
I had such a great experience with Austin and his amazing team! From start to finish they made me feel supported and cared for. Courtney (athletic trainer) was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always explaining exercises clearly and making sure I was doing them correctly. The team at Alliance Orthopedics EB is great, but the front desk is truly exceptional. They’re the first impression when you walk in, and they set such a positive tone for the whole visit. It’s rare to find a medical office that’s this well-run and welcoming. I truly recommend!
