If I could give 10 stars I would, the EB front desk team are so friendly and so hopefully! Everyone there is genuinely so great. Special shout out to Nico for always having a smile on his face and having such a positive attitude. Wish I could give them more stars. I’ve had nothing but a great experience at Alliance. The entire staff is awesome. The doctors the therapists the techs and the office staff have been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! And the front desk staff at the EB location just makes life easy. Polite, accommodating, answers phone gets back to you etc…
I had a wonderful experience here. The staff is very attentive, making sure each patient feels comfortable throughout their visit. The facility is clean and well-organized, which adds to the positive experience. I especially want to highlight Gabby at the front desk—she was very helpful and friendly, making the check-in process quick and easy. Overall, a great place for orthopedic care!
