1. They have no availability, so if you need anything quick. Don’t count on them. 2. There service center is even worse than your wifi service team. 3. I have been waiting for my appointment for over 2 and a half hours. The receptionist have no idea what they’re doing, the place is completely unorganized, and on top of that they have patient paper work completely spread out over the entire counter for everyone to see. I wouldn't recommend this company for a dog much less humans. The M A is very rude, the doctor is not compassionate about her patients, she is too into her feelings and not much care of her clients. Just horrible just horrible. Don't go here
My best experience coming here and it’s a first time thing quick and fast don’t have you waiting long like most places
I've been here 2 hours and I have yet to see Dr. Fig. Upon arriving I was asked to fill out the same paperwork that I had already filled out multiple times prior. They are unorganized when it comes to time management. I only come here because my attorney refer me to this doctor. Dr. Fig is great, just wish their scheduling and time management will be better.
August 21st, 2023 I received the best care for my injuries, from Doctors to medical assistants. Mrs. Saily Lopez, my surgical concierge informed me with the before and after care procedure which is a great help. Doctor Figueroe, listened to all my described issues and have me hyperactive as before 😇; I couldn't have asked for more than the solution for my severe injuries. I recommend my Doctor and his staff a 1000000% that's how good they are for Helping me.
