Been working with Allied for 6 weeks to get fixes on two refrigerated units. They’ve given us 3 different “solutions” and promised quotes on fixes and spare a temporary fix that lasted 3 days, we haven’t seen any progress. The reasons we’ve gotten for delays are honeymoons, new system, training for 2 months on the new system, vendor delays, high turnover, and lost our email to send a quote.
