Aligator self storage has been a reliable service for me through the past 3 years. Their units are well maintained with confident and friendly staff. They accessible into the evening and take pest control and security very seriously. Their prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend this location!
Jeremy was very helpful and very patient in working with us over a period of about a week and a half. We were very indecisive as we are a newer business and are really trying to watch our expenses. Jeremy met with us twice to show the units, was very professional and really sold us by being so accommodating, and showing a clean and secure property. Now that they're under new management it's better. Pretty good storage. Good price. However if you want to call as an existing member they won't give you the time of day. I called several times, I had to listen to the automated voice message and be put on hold, to no avail. It wasn't until I said I was a new member that I finally got through to someone. Alligator Storage is clean, courteous, and climate controlled! It is very helpful to have while my daughter attends college at SIUC. It’s close enough to campus that she can go there if she needs something from it. With limited room in the dorms, it is so nice having a safe place to keep her extra stuff she may need while she’s there.
Office runs on whatever hours it chooses, not necessarily the hours they advertise. Was in from out of state and came to the office at 4 PM. They did have holiday hours posted, but they did not affect that particular day. Woman that works the office stood right there and ignored us, apparently y deciding she wanted to. Lose an hour early that day with no notice, no posting, no anything other than the mere fact that she apparently just didn’t feel like it today.
