Very affordable, **great** customer service, close to SIU campus, easy in/easy out.

Jeremy was very helpful and very patient in working with us over a period of about a week and a half. We were very indecisive as we are a newer business and are really trying to watch our expenses. Jeremy met with us twice to show the units, was very professional and really sold us by being so accommodating, and showing a clean and secure property. lies from the owner below in regards to not raising rent prices. I've been there for 4 months and got my first rent increase. "established customers only" LOL explain that one!!
Be warned. The glowing reviews are either A) Fake or B) From new tenants whom they put on their best suit for. We’ve maintained two large units for nearly a decade. The prior owner could have been a little faster changing burnt out bulbs but they were easy to get a hold of and never raised the rent. Since the new owners took over, our rent has increased on both units at least half dozen times EACH to the tune of several hundred more per year.
