The sign up process on the web was painless. I found out after ordering that I needed to take possession in three days. This was an issue as I could not get to town until 5 days later. I Reached out to the office and they told me not to worry and there would be no issues. They were great to work with.
I’ve been using the Alligator storage for 9 years so far. It’s well maintained. Fair price. Good management. The gate keeps the storage area secure. Highly recommended.
I didn't have to talk to anyone. I did everything online. Got the size storage I needed at an amazing price. Got an email with my unit number and gate code, and that's it! Super easy and reduced a lot of stress.
I have been using them for a while now and haven't ever had any issues and the staff is friendly (at least from the few phone calls I've had with them). They have several security measures in place so I think it's a pretty secure place to keep your stuff. Seems like the units are protected well enough against the elements, because as far as I can tell, nothing in my unit has ever gotten wet. The on-site staff were so helpful and accommodating when I rented the wrong size unit. The young lady (I missed her name) made it so effortless to transfer to the correct size unit and my son was able to store his items for the summer! Thank you, Alligator storage!
