Allison Ford is an excellent PA and Provider for Trinity Health. We drive from Spring Lake area just to see her as she is on top of what is going on with my husband and I. She is always willing to listen without making us feel rushed and her caring and understanding for her patients is quite evident in the manner she practices. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a Family Practitioner as well as Internal Medicine issues.
The care I received was excellent. I was Allison’s patient in Grand Haven and when she moved her practice to Grand Rapids, my wife and I both decided we would follow her for our medical needs. She’s openly friendly, and makes you feel at ease. I feel I can talk to her without feeling dumb. And my anxiety doesn’t go through the roof when I have to do office visits lol. I give Allison ten stars out of five!
Allison was very friendly, compassionate and professional. She listened and asked questions to verify what way being said. She made me feel heard.
I've been going to Allison Ford for about a year. I cannot say enough great things about her and this office. She is the first doctor who has ever made me feel safe and validated in their care. Most of the office staff has been nothing short of amazing, and they seem like they actually care about their job and the patients they care for. Every visit has been time efficient without lacking attention. I would highly recommend this office (and Allison in particular) to anyone looking for a new doctor.
Having seen Allison a few times now over the course of a year+, I can confidently say she’s, not probably, but rather, undoubtedly the best physician I’ve had the pleasure seeing.
