I've been going to Allison Ford for about a year. I cannot say enough great things about her and this office. She is the first doctor who has ever made me feel safe and validated in their care. Most of the office staff has been nothing short of amazing, and they seem like they actually care about their job and the patients they care for. Every visit has been time efficient without lacking attention. I would highly recommend this office (and Allison in particular) to anyone looking for a new doctor.
The care I received was excellent. I was Allison’s patient in Grand Haven and when she moved her practice to Grand Rapids, my wife and I both decided we would follow her for our medical needs. She’s openly friendly, and makes you feel at ease. I feel I can talk to her without feeling dumb. And my anxiety doesn’t go through the roof when I have to do office visits lol. I give Allison ten stars out of five!
Allison Ford is the best general practice doctor I have ever had. She’s smart. She listens and comes up with a path forward to address every medical issue I have encountered. She truly cares about me.
Went in for my Wellness check up today and saw Allison for the first time. She was very thorough and pleasant. Made sure I had no questions, it was my first time seeing a NP so I wasn’t sure what to expect. 👍
Allison was very friendly, compassionate and professional. She listened and asked questions to verify what way being said. She made me feel heard.
