Wait time averages 9-13minutes before a human takes your call. One call is attended; doesn’t matter who.. they are patient with everything over the phone. Mental health care is important and I applaud the team for how they handle every call. Thanks! ☺️ 💖

Allison is wonderful. My booking experience isn't the problem. It's the getting in the room that's the problem. Every single time I have to make a call to get assistance. I try twice them call. The process is too complicated.
