I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My uncle was in Allisonville Meadows for rehab; he loved it and didn't want to leave. The staff was very caring, understood him, and was able to figure out how to interact with him. He enjoyed physical therapy and wanted to hang out in that area. They had a huge fish tank that he really enjoyed watching, and fireplaces. His room was comfortable.

I am a friend or relative of a resident Allisonville Meadows was recommended by friends. They have social amenities there. They don't have a lot of social things, but they have things that my wife participates in like sing-alongs and lectures. It's satisfactory to me. They're friendly to me, they answer my questions that I want to know, and they get back with me. The communication is pretty good, and that's what I really want in a nursing home. Cleanliness would be a 5 -- I don't see anything that is offensive.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place is horrific. Nurses had no idea what kind of medications were dispensed or where they were kept. Could not use electronic systems. Director was absent at all times. Managers had no idea who or where the patients were. Staff tried to be friendly but were so overwhelmed and undereducated that they were really just hazards to the patients.
