By March 30th, we had the part to repair our electronics and by the next day, a technician was knocking on our door to do the needed repairs. We could not be happier with the fast, courteous and professional service we recieved from Square Trade. I would recommend their services 100%."

"I can't rave enough about the service I received. Our laptop suddenly stopped turning on and Staples, which sold us a warranty, was of little help. I fully expected "voice-mail jail" when I called SquareTrade. Instead, the claim was immediately approved. Two days later I received a packing box to return the computer. On April 1, 2015 I had my computer back, fully repaired."

The customer service rep I spoke with all were very courteous, understanding, and apologetic.
