"I purchased SquareTrade protection for my wireless range expander which stopped functioning completely over a year after its purchase. I filed a claim with SquareTrace and was pleasantly surprised how promptly they replied and confirmed my claim was covered under the policy. They emailed me a prepaid shipping label and promptly refunded me the replacement cost as promised within a couple of days. "

"Okay, I'm a clumsy guy, and that's why I LOVE Square Trade. First, they have been excellent with all three of my claims (yes, three). No hassle - fixed or payback the day it arrived at their depot. Second, their warranties cost less than anyone else's. Third, you know exactly what's going to happen - no funny business or double talk. I won't buy electronics without a SquareTrade warranty. "
