"Was Surprising Fast, Quick and Simple with everything that I thought this can't be right or I wasn't understanding them correctly. But it totally was! "On Sunday my daughter dropped her phone at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. Monday early afternoon I called SquareTrade, initiated a claim and paid my deductible. Tuesday I took the phone to Apple and they replaced the screen. I paid them, forwarded the email receipt to SquareTrade and the money was in my PayPal account within a couple of hours.
