"I purchased a tablet at Staples and took them up on their offer for a full 1 year warranty, including accidental damage. So glad I did! Within 4 months I dropped it and cracked the glass. I was able to fill out the claim online, and the very next day I got a return label to print out. The amazing part was when UPS picked it up though.....square trade must have credited my account as soon as UPS scanned it into their system! What an easy transaction! Thanks square trade!"
