"I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note in 2013. It quit charging and I submitted a claim. I heard back from them within a couple of days, it was approved. I took the tablet and had it repaired and the next day I emailed a copy of my receipt and within minutes they had sent me an email saying they refunded me the amount of the repair in my paypal accaount. "I bought my pc about 7 months ago and because i had a one year old, i decided to get a warranty, i selected square trader without every reading a review (amazing!!). But i have not been disappointed, the service is excellent, my damaged pc came back nice than i bought it (felt alot stronger).
