I've never had to call anyone, which is my favorite part. I file my claim online, they email a print off postage for me to tape on to my return. I get my money! Next stop was an Apple store where the phone was completely replaced. "This was my first experience with Square Trade. They were excellent, placed the claim online. Square Trade sent me an email it was approved. I took the HP Printer to my choice for repairs. Scanned the receipt send it back to Square Trade by email and receive my re-reimbursement check with the time stated in the claim. I could not be happier with there service."
