"I realized that if I did not spend a few minutes to thank square trade, My conscience would start bothering me . I broke my phone recently and luckily I remembered that I had a square trade warranty. I handed over my phone to Fedex on 21st evening in Texas and on 26th morning , I had a new replacement phone sent to me from CA, I just cannot believe I had a faster service with 25th Being Christmas day. Square trade is amazing and the rest of the world needs to learn from them what Real Customer Service is."

"I am very happy that I decided to buy a Square Trade Insurance Policy. I took a Gamble on an organization that I knew very little about. When it came time to call for help, Square Trade was like the Proverbial Cavalry. They immediately came to my rescue. They were Positive, helpful and informative. "I bought the warranty plan for my son's cello.I had some issues with the bow. I called them first but issue was not resolved. But then I called them again and explained the whole situation. They refunded me the money that I spent on buying a brand new bow in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend everybody Square Trade. Its worth the money!!!!"
