"I have had great experiences with SquareTrade over the years. They are my go to solution for extended warranties. I believe, as a family, we have over a dozen warranties. All experiences with claims have been great with one exception, my washing machine. The claim was paid for without question, but the communication was the problem. The process took so long (about 2 or 3 weeks) I had to make multiple trips to the local laundromat. "I had a damaged charging port/did my claim online throught the easy instructions/ printed my label and took it to FedEx/ got my tablet back within 3 days!!!!!!!! I felt as if I was the only customer they had, that is how efficient and quick their response was.
