"As announced... My GPS screen broke, I just went into square trade web page, logged in, fill in the spaces, I got a mail within minutes asking for some receipts, and again few minutes later I got a mail with all the instructions about how to send the item back and if not able to fix it they will reimburse you 100% of the item value. I definitely will continue to use Square trade and recommend it 100%."

"They fixed the cracked screen on my Nexus and had it back to me within a week. Filing my claim was easy and painless. I would reccomend their service to anyone, definitely worth the money. They shipped my tablet back to the correct address even though I had recently moved and was worried my address change had not gone through."

"Squaretrade is an excellent warranty company. The prices for there warranties are reasonable. They offer warranties for phones, tablets, computers other electronics and household appliances. When need to file a claim they are fast on either replaceing or getting your money back to you so you can replace your item. Customer service is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Squaretrade over other warranty companies."

"Awesome experience!! I cracked the screen on my new iPhone 6 Plus and Square Trade allowed me to get a new phone at the Apple Store. I paid for it upfront but Square Trade reimbursed me (through my PayPal account) the same day I sent my receipt to them. Customer service was excellent, fast and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Square Trade to anyone looking for a warranty. I will definitely be using them for other electronic items that I have purchased. "

"This was my 2nd claim (different device than the 1st), and the process was as easy and smooth as my 1st. My 1st claim involved a cracked screen on my ipad. I had a claim filed and approved within minutes online, and I printed the prepaid label and sent it in. I'd forgotten to take the "find my ipad" and passlock off, and a customer rep called. She was so friendly and we had it taken care of remotely. My ipad was back in my hands in 2 days. The 2nd claim, a year later was for my son's ipad- same thing, a cracked ipad screen ... read more

"My dog bit my Samsung Galaxy and broke the glass. I had SquareTrade coverage but the phone still worked so I was afraid to file a claim because I use my phone for business and couldn't bear the thought of being without it. I was especially concerned because of what my son had to endure when his iPhone suffered water damage in the rain despite being housed in the $100 LifeProof (not so much) case. "I sent my computer for service. It was returned and fixed in an instant. I thought there was something wrong and I called ready to do battle. I spoke to Nick Messenger. He was patient, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable of computers. He asked various questions, walked me through and 100% turnaround on my end. It was all my imagination. What do I know about computers? Square Trade did a GREAT job and I highly recommend them when your computer has a glitch. "
