"I AM VERY HAPPY WITH SQUARE TRADE AND HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES. THIS CLAIM INVOLVED A 7" TABLET THAT FELL OFF THEN TABLE SHORTLY AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND CRACKED THE SCREEN. I CONTACTED SQUARE TRADE AND INFORMED THEM OF THE SITUATION AND THEY SENT ME A RETURN LABEL WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. "I can't say enough how happy my husband and I are with SquareTrade! We recently vacationed in Maui, Hawaii and brought our underwater camcorder along on a snorkeling trip.
