I have been a customer for several years and, occassionally, I have had to file a claim for either an appliance or an electronic item. At no time, have I ever encountered any issue with Square Trade with respect to honoring my claim and processing it with due haste. I am so glad that I use them to warranty any and all items that I can insure."

"I had an asus tablet that I really liked, but it started acting buggy, parts of the screen were unresponsive, and ultimately it stopped turning on, and powering up. I did not have to talk to a representative because the website layout was self-explanatory and easy to follow. ST gave me a shipping label, I sent the tablet in, and I am expecting a refund in the mail any day. A very stress-free process, and will use again when I purchase a new tablet."
"Purchased a SquareTrade Warranty plan for coverage on a tablet we purchased from Amazon back in May 2014. The tablet was accidentally dropped which cracked the screen. The entire warranty claim process from end to end was very simple. The customer service agent was polite and helpful. We were reimbursed the full price of the tablet. We were given 3 choices of reimbursement which we chose an Amazon gift card and purchased a replacement tablet."
