"Very pleased with my square trade warranty on my iPhone. The first claim I had on the phone was handled in a timely manner and fixed. Then, after the second claim, square trade could not fix the phone, but they did send me a check that completely covered the cost of a new phone and a new warranty. "
"Overall, SqauareTrade Warranty has been a good experience. We have saved ourselves hundreds if not thousands of dollars. The only thing I don't like is having to give my credit card number to overseas telephone support people in places like Pakistan, etc., when I've had to pay the deductible (previously $50, now $75). But so far, no problems. Definitely a must for any electronic equipment and they are fast at getting you a reimbursement for a new or reconditioned phone!"

I notified them by email, they promptly replied with how to open a case (add item description, warranty number, serial number, etc.). They even provided the return shipping label to ship the failed item back. I had a payment from then in two days. "
