"Ive been using SquareTrade for a number of years, and had probably 10-20 warranty contracts with them. Ive had to use the warranty perhaps 2-3 times in that period of time, and every time they have been absolutely great to work with. They respond almost instantly; they are polite and helpful and there's never been any problem with a claim. On the recent claim, I had the claim settled and the money in my account within 48 hours! "I have several warranties from squaretrade because of family recommendations. I purchased a tv through Sam's Club auctions, so I wasn't given the option of getting an extended warranty. Because it was an unknown name brand I decided it was a good idea to get a warranty. I purchased one through Squaretrade. "When my Samsung tablet fell off the table and shattered right before Thanksgiving, I thought for sure that was it. No more tablet. "I got my wife and I Galaxy Note 4 phones last month. Since they were so expensive and a little trickier to hold at first I figured it might be a good idea to get a drop warranty this time around. Flash forward a mere 10 days and my wife has dropped her phone "for the 4th time" and the screen is cracked. Turned out the repair of the screen was going to be $330!. "These guys were good as gold. My TV went south and they refunded me the purchase price. After one year that was enough to upgrade to a larger model, from 32 inch to a 40 inch with Roku TV built in. I am very happy!"
