I was approved in minutes and went out and bought a replacement dvd-rw drive immediately. It took only 10 to install myself (saving $80 vs having Geek Squad or someone else install it). Emailed them a copy of the receipt and had my Amazon refund the same day. From broken to replaced and repaid in less than two days! SquareTrade rocks. "
