"LOVE LOVE LOVE SquareTrade and will NEVER, EVER buy anything electronic that can not be warrantied by them!!! I had purchased my 13 year old daughter a laptop for her birthday in August. She loved it and used it daily, as tweens do. Last weekend, she shut the top of it and her screen cracked. I called SquareTrade and their very friendly associate walked me through the claims process.
