"This is one of those reviews I thought I only read about in fiction magazines. When I purchased this warranty which included breakage and water, you hope you never have to use it, much less call up having to report it. I even questioned it to the support person during the purchase of the warranty but they assured me if anything happened that it was a simple process. "Best warranty service by far. My Nexus 7 was acting up and certain parts of the touchscreen took longer to respond or did so incorrectly. This happened 20 months after purchase. "I had the most seamless and customer friendly experience at Square Trade. I spoke to more than one person and they were all equally attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The only snag in my experience was this: I had to email a scanned copy of my receipt. I did, in PDF format. "SquareTrade is amazing! Simple to setup, I purchased the plan to cover the Chromebook I purchased for my 12 year old son. With three boys in the house under the age of 12, I was concerned that something bad might happen to it. Sure enough, less than three months after getting the computer, two of them were arguing over who's turn it was to play on the computer and dropped it.
