"Awesome service!!! You get exactly what your contract says you will and the price is unbeatable!!! I use this laptop for all of my school work for grad school and paid $650+ tax to make sure it was dependable. When it crashed, I wanted to cry at the thought of having to repurchase another one, let alone feeling like my $650+ was going to be a waste. "I purchased coverage for my new Sony phone this summer, as I had used Squaretrade in past with great success - the first plan I had was on a phone that I purchased second hand off of a fellow on ebay - he had bought the warranty when he had purchased the phone new. The phone died, and they reimbursed me in the end as it could not be repaired within their five days. "SquareTrade is awesome! I have bought We got our first warranty several years ago when we bought a used laptop. The laptop 'died' about a month before the warranty expired. SquareTrade handled it without any questions. We have since bought 3 other warranties. We recently filed a claim for our daughter's iphone which was dropped and cracked. "I purchased a Chromebook for my granddaughter for Christmas. I got the Square Trade insurance for it since kids will be kids. She dropped it and then somebody stepped on it. It ceased to work. I contacted Square Trade. They were helpful, pleasant and informative. They day after I mailed them the broken item, I had an Amazon gift card for the amount of the purchase. I will never buy another electronic item without getting Square Trade insurance. In a word- AWESOME- Susan"

"I have filed three different claims with Squaretrade over the last year and a half and have never had an issue. As long as you have your receipt of purchase on file, the claim process is incredibly fast! They only ask necessary questions and don't grill you about the condition of the product or make it hard to continue you the process. All three times I have chosen to get an Amazon gift card as my payment method and it was in my email within 2-3 days of shipping my product back.
