"SquareTrade was a great option for my unlocked Chinese phone that I couldn't pass up with it's features. SquareTrade was able to insure and follow up on their insurance when an unfortunate incident occurred and I dropped my beloved phone and cracked the screen beyond function. SquareTrade quickly approved my claim and quickly reimbursed the repair costs. Very convenient but hope to not have to use again, of course!"

They received it on Friday, October 24 and it was repaired on Monday, October 27. I received my laptop back today October 29.
