I have purchased warranties for both my carpet cleaners, both my iPods, and an iPhone, and I will continue to purchase warranties through them for everything in the future. Best value and best coverage ~ hands down!"

"They sent someone out and fixed my warranty claim with no issues. It took more than week for someone to contact me but I think it's due to the contracted company rather than SquareTrade. I'm pretty happy with them and wouldn't hesitate to purchase their warranties again."

"I used SquareTrade for the first time and am very pleased. The claim was put in on Sunday and on Wednesday the repair person came to fix my refrigerator/freezer. SquareTrade arrange for the repair and took care of the cost."

"My experience with SquareTrade was very pleasant and helpful. I did not wait long when I called I got to speak to someone that didn't have a accent and was able to begin my return process quickly and with no hassle. All of which I was quite thankful for having happened. We all have had the horrible return where you feel like your going to/or had to do battle with the people/company to get what you rightfully paid for in a warranty. "While I've purchased SquareTrade warranties for several items over the years, this month I had my first opportunity to file a claim. They made it so easy - my item had quit working. After one quick phone call, my claim was approved and the money sent to my PayPal account in a few days. I purchased a replacement item and immediately also purchased a SquareTrade warranty. Nice job, SquareTrade!"

"Customer Service is not dead in America, it lives in Squre Trade!, Purchased a cell phone warranty, after the phone went for a swim, ST quickly and efficiently retrieved my dead phone and within 4 businees day found it was not repairable so sent me a check to buy a new one---how good is this--PERFECT-will insure all my electrnics with square trade."
