"Excellent Service! I had a Sony Receiver for about 2 years and it just started having intermittent problems with the HDMI signal from the DVD player. I submitted a claim online on saturday evening and by sunday morning they determined it was not worth trying to fix it, so they emailed me a prepaid shipping label.
