"I have been a SquareTrade customer for about 3 years. Thankfully I have not had to file a claim until recently. My touch screen computer of 2 years had screen issues. The issue was diagnosed over the phone, parts ordered and shipped and a tech dispatched in 3 days time. The technician that came could not have been nicer or more professional.
