"I have had nothing but great experiences with SquareTrade warranties. This claim was for a TV that had stopped working. A service technician contacted me within 24 hours of the claim being submitted to set up in-home repair, as promised in the warranty. The TV is repaired and working perfectly again. I highly recommend purchasing a SquareTrade warranty with any electronics purchase."

"Extremely happy I purchased my SquareTrade warranty. My printer stopped working just a month before the warranty expired. It was easy to access my warranty information and get a claim going. I was Incredible impressed by the speed in which my claim was processed and how quickly I received the check in the mail. It all took less than 2 weeks!! This has been the most easy experience and I am so satisfied with such quality service. I will be buying a new printer soon and a SquareTrade Warranty to protect my investment. =)"

"My experience with Square Trade's Warranty Claim process was that it is extremely easy! When my printer started making a horrible grinding noise I contacted Square Trade and was given clear instructions and then a follow-up email with a link to the prepaid return label! Once I dropped the box off at UPS, I was able to follow the transit of the box. When the package arrived at its destination, I was sent an email noting such. "My tablet needed repair and i contacted Squaretrade and found I never supplied my receipt info. They immediately gave me clear instuctions on what to do. I followed info and emailed it, within minutes I got my confirmation to proceed. I called and gave info, they asked questions and I was told my tablet would cost more to repair then it orginally cost. "A few weeks ago I managed to damage the LCD flip out monitor on my pro camcorder. One phone call to Square Trade just to check i was covered allowed me the chance to get the camera in to a JVC pro repair centre. Within 48 hours i had my camera back (good as new) and after scanning my invoice and sending to Square Trade, my payment was back in my account 3 days later. Impossible to fault and such a pain free process. Thanks you Square Trade for such a wonderful service."

"Recently bought an ipad mini and chose the apple care. But I had second thoughts and bought the square trade warranty for it as well. And just within days,the ipad slipped out of the cover and landed on its edge. The screen shattered. Apple asked me 49 bucks as service charges (with apple care). I called up Square trade and they asked me to get it repaired and send them the receipt.
