"Got my little boy an iPod for Xmas, within 20 mins he dropped it and smashed the screen! Could not believe it (I blame the wanzy his mum bought him for Xmas, no pockets!!). Anyway I contacted square trade, the lady I spoke to was ever so helpful, she took my details and explained how I need to send it back. I sent the iPod back and it arrived back in 3 days! "I was a little concerned at first when I started purchasing warranties from Square Trade, but the prices were right and coverages seemed reasonable. This was my first completed claim that I have had to use in over 2 years since I started buying from them. They were friendly, fast, and efficient.
