"I recently had the experience of using a warranty that had been purchased from SquareTrade Warranty Services for an item that had been purchased through Amazon. The item that was purchased - a Vacuum Bag Sealer - was not available on their drop-down menu of covered items, so it was necessary to call them. "Fantastic service. Fast, convenient, and efficient. Loved being able to get an Amazon gift card at +5% of the warranty amount. I've had trouble getting manufacturers to honor their warranties in the past, so this was a welcome change.
