Your representative was extremely helpful and I was able to register and process my claim.
We purchased an extended warranty for a loft bed/desk through wayfair. After a year, a rung on the ladder broke and the bed was starting to fall apart. All State was easy to work with and refunded us the entire cost of the bed.

Contacted Allstate and Representative was very diligent in walking me through a series of tests to determine failure mode. After several tests and trials the TV was determined Kaputt !!
