"When my tablet fell from my table, i found out the charger was plugged in and bent the inside port and the charger itself. I immediately filed a claim to Sqauare trade. The online form was really easy to fill out and i have all the information required to continue with my claim. I filled it and then sent it to them. With in 2 hours, they told me if my claim would be accepted. After two hours, i received the email stating i was covered and i would receive a full refund.
