"Their handling of my claim was above and beyond my expectations. I had a problem with my HP Photosmart printer, purchased May of 2011. I submitted my claim, received a return sticker the next day and received a full refund the day after. I've been around and might be a bit cynical about service on some issues, but Square Trade exceeded my expectations. These folks know what customer service AND customer satisfaction is all about."

I had to send the computer in and it could not be fixed. They sent me a check for the full price of the computer on Friday of the same week. It really was a five day turn around.
