"A couple of years back, I bought a hot water urn to replace one that had just broken. I was hoping this new one would last a bit longer. To ease my concern, I bought a SquareTrade warranty to cover it for 3 years. Sure enough, after 2.5 years the urn broke down. The tablet screen got broke and my SquareTrade service rep was more than helpful. It didn't take 10 days to process claim from start to finish. "

"We have warrantied numerous items with SquareTrade, everything from eReaders to laptops, and have never been disappointed with their service and how quickly they address the claim. Their warranties cost far less than those at Best Buy and other retailers, and I'm not sure why anyone would choose those expensive warranties over the cheaper, hassle-free SquareTrade warranties. "Square Trade offers top notch warranty service. I had purchased an Acer Tablet on Ebay and a couple months after I received it, the unit was dropped and the screen was shattered. I immediately hopped online worried that the warranty process would be long and confusing...to my surprise it was the exact opposite, quick and easy! They took very good care of me in no time flat and my Tablet was returned quickly in excellent condition. Thank you Square Trade for taking such good care of me!"
