I got the warranty with the drop and accident coverage and as it goes I knocked the tablet off the table and it broke the power adapter plug and could not charge. Contacted the warranty department and open the a claim. A few hours later I was contacted by the warranty department and informed that it would paid in full and ship the broken one to them.
