"I had the beats by Dr Dre Headphones and they snapped in half so i got on the phone right away with SquareTrade and it took less than 5 Minutes and they sent me a Prepaid Shipping label to sent the headphones in and i packaged them up and dropped them off at my Local UPS store and within 30 minutes i got an email from SquareTrade saying they sent the money to my Paypal account and i was surprised how i shipped and got the money back the same day within 2 hours after i broke my headphones. "This is my first time filing a claim with Square Trade. The process couldn't have been easier. I submitted a claim and it was approved for the full amount the next day. Shipping was free and once shipping was verified I was issued a gift card to Amazon (plus an extra 5% for using the Amazon option). I will be using Square Trade again for the new purchase."
"SquareTrade's warranty process is top notch. Within 24 hrs of submitting my claim online, I had a return shipping label emailed to me. I printed that out and went to the UPS store to drop it off. By the time I got home, SquareTrade had emailed me an Amazon gift card worth more than the item's value for me to use to replace the item that broke. "Square Trade makes dealing with returns quick and painless. My gps wasn't repairable, nor was the model available any longer so they sent me a full refund right to my paypal account. I had my money in a matter of days. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. I've always had Square trade warranties, but this is the first time I had to use it and I was very impressed!! "

"AWESOME! I've bought plenty of warranties with SquareTrade, but never had a reason to use them - this was the first, and let me say I couldn't be happier. I made contact and let them know the hard drive had started to show that it was failing, and within a day they had a mailing label in my inbox. "Didn't really believe it was going to be as advertised when I went to put in a claim, I had issues with a tablet within the first three months of purchase. After asking me a few simple questions they issued me a claim number and even sent me a label so I could mail it to them without any cost. No problems at all. It was quick simple and painless.
