"It took a little too long after I sent in the information to get the payout. I called a couple times and the phone was busy perhpaps in peak calling time. When I FINALLY got incontact with someone they told me that the shipping label was sent on november 2nd, over 1 month and 2 weeks early, it must have went into the spam folder. Both died within months of the end of the manufacturers warranty. (Does that tell you something about Harmony Remotes????).
