In the couple years I've been with them, I've only had to use the warranty twice; on a camcorder that failed about six months after purchase (eBay item), and on a Nintendo DSi where the wireless quit working. Both times, they provided excellent customer service and paid me via Paypal within a week of receiving the defective equipment.
