"This is a company that actually operates as advertised. I've had two claims with Square Trade, each of which was processed expeditiously and professionally. The later one involved replacement of the power supply in my desktop computer. I had it repaired locally, submitted the invoices, and was promptly reimbursed. Their prices are excellent, the service is outstanding, and the staff is courteous and professional. I highly recommend Square Trade."

" My 13 month old Whirlpool refrigerator started making noises like crazy. Sure they have a little gizmo inside that say's that's all you get folks :-0. I called a local company that has fixed items for me in the past. They were there in 1 hour fixed the problem, gave me a 20% discount and left. Same day I followed to the letter a request to Square Trade on how I was to get a refund for the repair. No, problem....great service...and follow up with Customer Service persons. "I have had several warranties with SquareTrade over the years. Recently, our desktop computer stopped working and I filed a claim for the first time. I was amazed with the speed that SquareTrade handled my claim. It took them no time to determine that it could not be repaired and a check was in the mail within a few days. The definitions of service and integrity should from now on be SquareTrade. "

"I have been doing business with SquareTrade for several years now, and have had only one or two items that 'died' during the warranty period. My most recent one was also the most expensive to this point, a TiVo DVR. The service could not have been more pleasant or more quickly handled unless an agent had actually walked up to my front door and handed me the reimbursement in the few minutes following the initial claim submission!
