"I love Square Trade. Their warranties always cost less than anything I can find elsewhere. I've had two claims with them and they both were handled quickly and with a minimum of hassle to me. But wait ... it gets better. With their online site, you have 24/7 access to a listing of all your warranties and you can instantly see the status of any claim or warranty. They really did it right!"

"I am always sceptical about extended warranties, however it was a pleasant surprise to deal with a very efficient company. Notonly did the policy come straight through by email, they also request you to email them a copy of your original receipt which is then stored on their system, so no trying to locate it if a claim is necessary. I have several policies and have unfortunately had the opportunity to make a claim and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, so well done, will be using them again."

"I am extremely impressed with the way SquareTrade handled my claim. I had purchased a portable HDD that just stopped working and was out of manufacturer warranty and still under my SquareTrade. I am glad I purchased this warranty. I reported the item as damaged explaining what was wrong. My claim was immediately approved and I received a label to ship my item.
