I've bought several warranties through Squaretrade, but never needed to "use" one until a week ago, when the Acer PC I had bought two years ago died and would've cost more to fix than replace. "This is our first experience in redeeming the warranty we purcahsed for s cordless telephone. After replacing the battery and the phone was still inoperable, we contacted "ST" and they promptly sent us instructions for returning the unit and we received it for a full credit in less than five business days. "
