I had a problem with a ahrd-drive and in an instant phone cal, no question asked, they stood by their word and provide me with a shipping label. At the same day I sent the drive, I received the full amount back, as they promised. Hands down, no question asked and superb customer service are what makes you appreciate and stick to a company; just like SquareTrade. Thank you!"

"I had a first edition Kindle with a squaretrade warranty for 3 years on it. I am not sure what happened but the screen was damaged and I filed claim, No hassle from SqT they took it back and repaired it. it was working great at first then started to have freezing problems I then claimed again on it and I was given a check to get a new kindle! and of course I immediately got a squaretrade warranty on the new one. It was so hassle free my experience was great thank you!"

"We had a warranty on our computer. The staff guided through the steps to make a claim when I had things to go wrong with the hard drive. I called the 800 number that gave me a lady named Rachel that handled my claim graciously and in good spirits. She approved without having to go to a supervisor or committee. I was given a Repair Number and I went to my own trusted shop guru. "SquareTrade Warranty is absolutely the best!!! I am amazed about how consumer friendly SquareTrade is. SquareTrade provides superior service at a significantly lower cost. On four different occassions I have filed a claim with SquareTrade for merchandise that became defective after the manufactuer's warranty expired and on each occassion SquareTrade reimbursed me the full purchase price of the merchandise within five days of filing the claim!!! "SquareTrade is truly amazing and well worth the money for their great customer service! I have a number of warranties with them and recently had a DVD player that stopped reading discs. Minutes later, I had filed a claim with SquareTrade. In less than 12 hours from filing the claim, they had approved my claim and sent me a link to a printable UPS label.
