"Bought a laptop in September of 2009, and got a 3 year extended warranty through Squaretrade. Over the holiday season it started having some mysterious slowdowns and occasionally restarting for no reason. I checked on the temperatures and it was overheating. "My DVD recorder would not recognize any disc. Informed Square Trade of the problem, they made some suggestion to a solution, but nogo. They emailed a UPS return shipping label. Within two weeks after unit return, had a check in hand for the purchase price. Never had sevice this good since I can remember. Thanks "

I contacted Square Trade and within a couple of days I received a shipping label to return the merchandise. The Square Trade team was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way during the return process. "I am so impressed and pleased with SquareTrade! The flash on my canon powershot a570is quit working Christmas Day - how inconvenient! I thankfully remembered that I had purchased a warranty for it an d checked SquareTrade. The warranty was good until March whew! "In the beginning I was skeptical about this, but I said that the prices were good so if it didn't work I wouldn't lose much. I'm here to tell you "THEY ARE THE BEST".
