"Square Trade is the best as far as I am concerned. I purchased a warranty for my PC 2 years ago, then after two years it started crashing. I restored to original settings 4 times but still was not working. I called SquareTrade and told them my problem and what I'd tried to do to get it going again. "This was the first claim I had filed with Square Trade. The warranty was going to expire in one month and I had procrastinated filing the claim for over 6 months thinking it was going to be a hassle and likely a waste of time, was I wrong!! The process was painless and very efficient. At the end of the claim process I had a pre-paid shipping label and received confirmation within a week that my claim was processed and payment to PayPal was made. I will definitely be investing in Square Trade for my future purchases."
