"The best thing I did was purchase the SquareTrade warranty on my ebay purchase! My projector failed to stay running and I contacted Square Trade on a Sunday to start the claim process. I had a mailing label emailed to me the same day. I sent the projector out on Monday and by Friday they had determined repair was not cost effective and credited me the full purchase price to my Pay pal account. How can it get any better?
