I filed my claim Sun. morning and within hours I had been accepted and was abble to go to the apple store the evening and purchase another phone. "Squaretrade DEFINITELY lives up to my expectations. I recently broke my iPhone 3g that had a Squaretrade warranty on it. I was due for an upgrade anyway so I went that night to buy an iPhone 4. I purchased a warranty for the new phone the next morning and then filed the claim on my old phone. Not only did they handle my claim quickly and easily but they recognized that I bought a new phone and once they received my old phone, reimbursed be the $199 via paypal the next day.
