"We had a claim on an electronic item we had purchased from ebay- we purchased a warrenty with Square Trade. afetr several months of use the item we had insured developed a problem- we called Square Trade and initiated a claim - The process was fast the service courteous and friendly.It was determined in a few minutes that repairing the item would cost more than the purchase price of the item.
