It was well worth the price of admission (which was quite a bit lower than competitive warranties for the same item). No complaints here. "claim # 014753608635 So... I have deleted my post with negative feedback. I didnt believe that someone from Squaretrade would call me as it was promised from their post reply.But they did it.. Kord, Customer Experience Manager, called me in a couple days and we discussed this situation. To make this story short I got full refund for damaged iphone and full refund for warranty.I really didnt expect this situation would resolve in such way. "I bought this warranty from Square Trade not expecting to ecer use it. Fast forward a year and a few months and I turn on my camera and all I see is a shatter across the screen. I remembered the name of my warranty company and filed a claim. Was contacted by an agent. I printed out the return lable they gave me, and sent the camera off to their warehouse.
