"I bought a warranty back in August after buying a used Toshibia laptop from a small mom and pop computer store locally. The laptop completely died on me over the Christmas holidays. I contacted SquareTrade and they couldn't fix it cheaply so they refunded me my full purchase price back to me in about a week after I shipped it to them. Great experience and I'll be buying more warranties from them. Too bad they don't insure cars and trucks - LOL. "
